Hoshiarpur: A delegation of Hoshiarpur unit of Parshuram Sena in the leadership of district president Ashutosh Sharma submitted a memorandum to the DSP (city) Sameer Verma regarding management of the Mata Chintpurni Mela during Navrataras.
