Hoshiarpur: The Anti Gunda Staff of Hoshiarpur arrested a youth with illegal revolver and 3 bullets. An FIR has been registered against him at Sadar Police Station.
As per information received, ASI Jagjit Singh, Incharge of Anti Gunda Staff along with the police party stopped a suspected youth for checking purpose at village Shergarh. Police recovered a revolver and 3 bullets from him. Police found that he illegally possessed the revolver and the bullets and thus the police arrested him.
The youth was later identified as Ravinder Kumar s/o Yog Raj r/o Fadma. An FIR has been lodged against him under section 25, 54 and 59 of Arms act.
