Tanda: Varinder Pandit: An unknown person shot bullet at an 80 year old man and a woman at village Kandhala Shekhan near here. The man died on the spot while the woman is under treatment at Civil Hospital Tanda. Police have been investigating into the case.
The deceased man has been identified as Surinder Singh s/o Charan Singh r/o Kandhala Shekhan. The injured woman has been identified as Bimla Devi w/o Late Harbans Lal.
Bimla Devi said that she did not see the murderer.
