Tanda: Varinder Pandit: A youth was dead at village Miani. Earlier, Tanda police recorded the proceedings under section 174 of CrPC but later, the kins of deceased youth staged a dharna outside the Police Station and forced the police administration to register a case of murder against 4 youths of same village. Police lodged an FIR against 4 youths under section 302 and 201 of IPC.
As per information received, Paramjit Singh alias Pamma s/o Kuldeep Singh r/o Miani was found dead on Thursday evening. Tanda police recorded the proceedings under section 174 of CrPC.
Friday morning, the kins of the deceased Paramjit Singh Pamma along with some other villagers staged a dharna outside the Tanda police station. They were demanding to lodge an FIR against 4 youths of same village under the charges of murder.
Deceased’s father Kuldeep Singh alleged that Vicky (Cable), Pinder s/o Milkha Singh, Bhoopa s/o Harnam Singh and Kaddu Brahman (Cable) killed his son Paramjit Pamma. He said that these murderers also used to threaten his life.
Tanda Police have registered a case under section 302 and 201 of IPC against Vicky, Pinder, Bhoopa and Kaddu Brahman.
