Hoshiarpur: The employs of National Rural Health Mission today swept the roads of Hoshiarpur as a protest against the Punjab Government. Notably, the NRHM employs are on strike since one month demanding regularisation of their job.
District Union President Tajinder Singh said the Punjab Government have refused to give any type of increment to them. He said the salary given to them is not sufficient for making the both ends meet.
Tajinder Singh declared they would polish the shoes, sell vegetables and do other works till the Punjab Government pay heed to their demands.
