Hoshiarpur: 2 brothers residents of Hari Nagar area of Hoshiarpur raped a 10 year old minor girl citizen of Nepal. The Police of City Police Station lodged an FIR against them and arrested them.
As per information received, the father of the minor girl in his statement to the police stated that his 10 year old daughter was not behaving normal from past few days and she disclosed infront of her mother that Robin and Himanshu both s/o of Ram Babu r/o Hari Nagar, Hoshiarpur used to molest her. He said that his wife found that their 10 year old daughter has been raped.
He said that Robin and Himanshu took his daughter to their home and raped while she was playing in the street. He also alleged that they have also made a video while they were raping the girl.
The Police of City Police Station have registered an FIR under section 376, 342, 506 and 34 of IPC and section 6 pf Protection of Children from Sexual Offences act.
The Police have arrested both the accused.
