Mahilpur: Shiv Kumar Bawa: The Mahilpur Police have arrested a drug peddler and recovered narcotic powder from him.
SHO Dilbag Singh informed that Incharge of Saila Khurd Police Post of Mahilpur police staion, ASI Kuldeep Singh along with the police party arrested a drug peddler Veer Singh s/o Gurmail Singh r/o Posi when he was traveling in his Lancer car. The Police party stopped him at link road of village Painsra and searched him. Police recovered 110 gm narcotic powder from him.
An FIR has been lodged against him under section 22, 61 and 85 of NDPS act.
