Talwara: In a shameful incident at village Beh Choohrh near Kamahi Devi, a youth raped his 16 year old minor cousin. A case has been registered against him at Talwara Police Station.
As per information received, the 16 year old minor girl in her statement to the police stated that on 11th Feb, 2015, she was alone at her home. She said that her cousin Hardeep Kumar alias Sonu s/o Multan Singh r/o Beh Chhoohrh asked her to come to his house for some work. She said that Hardeep was also alone at his home and he took her to the bedroom and raped her.
The Talwara Police have lodged an FIR against Hardeep Kumar under section 376 of IPC and section 6 of Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences act 2012.
