Hoshiarpur: Sonu Kumar son of a migrant labourer residing at Bhim Nagar (Hoshiarpur) went missing on 5th October, 2014. The family members were in a deep shock since then and on the other side, the Model Town Police of Hoshiarpur also unturned every stone to find him. Moreover, a youth organization of Bhim Nagar area was also helping the poor parents to find their son.
Fortunately, the mother of Sonu Kumar received a phone call a few days ago from an organization in Delhi which take care of the children whom they find alone. Sonu was also with them and thus, Hoshiarpur Police along with father of Sonu brought him to Hoshiarpur.
SHO Bharat Masih said that Sonu ran from house on his own as he was afraid of his father’s scolding because that day he was late from playground. He said that he went to Amritsar from Hoshiarpur and then caught the train of Delhi from Amritsar.
Sonu said that his elder sister scared him that she would complain to the parents about his being late from the playground. He said that he resided inside the complex of Harmindar Sahib at Amritsar for a few days and then went to Delhi.
His mother expressed a great happiness and said that she would allow her son to depart in future.
