Tanda: A father and his son have been booked by Tanda police for molesting and assaulting 2 women of Ahiyapur.
As per information received, a woman in her statement to the police stated that on 28th December, 2014 a neighbour Ashwani Kumar Jain s/o Hans Raj Jain r/o Ahiyapur came to her home at about 4:45 pm and started molesting her. She said that he also torn her clothes. She said that her sister-in-law (brother in law’s wife) came for help but Ashwani started beating her also. She said that Ashwani Jain was also joined by his son Aman Jain and both of them beaten them.
Tanda police have lodged an FIR against Ashwani Jain and his son Aman Jain under section 354, 323, 506 and 34 of IPC.
