Hoshiarpur: District Chief of Dharam Jagran Samanvya Vibhag, Mr. Sanjiv Talwar in a press release sought a written apology from the Principal of the Saint Joseph’s Convent School Hoshiarpur. He said, “Either she should seek written apology or the Vibhag would initiate an agitation against the School administered by Christian Missionaries.”
Sanjiv Talwar said that the Christian Missionaries have been committed to disregard the Hindu as well as Sikh Culture. He said that a few days ago, the Principal of Saint Joseph’s Convent School threw a Sikh student out of class because he bore turban. He further said that the same Principal also collected fine from the girls because they had Mehndi Art on their hands on the occasion of Karva Chauth festival.
Sanjiv Talwar said that they would not tolerate such behaviour of Christian Missionaries.
