Tanda: Varinder Pandit: A lone son of the parents of village Dhoot Khurd was killed in a mishap near village Nainowal Vaid on Tanda-Hoshiarpur road. His Alto car collided with a passenger bus head-on. Police have been investigating into the matter.
The deceased youth has been identified as Amanpreet Singh s/o Atma Singh r/o Dhoot Khurd. He was the lone son of his parents.
Family members said that he was going to the village of his in-laws, Gagnoli near Nasrala to take his wife Prabhjot back home. His wife was at her maternal home for some days.
The car was reported total loss in the accident.
