Mahilpur: Shiv Kumar Bawa: The Mahilpur police arrested a drug peddler and booked him under section 22, 61 and 85 of NDPS act. The police recovered narcotic powder from him. The name of the drug peddler is Jagjit Kumar s/o Lehmbal Singh r/o Barian Kalan.
Jagjit Kumar was crying infront of the police party and said that he had opted for drug peddling in order to bear the cost of treatment of his wife who has been suffering from kidney disease.
