Tanda: Varinder Pandit: A car coming from Jammu collided with a truck parked at Darapur village on Jalandhar-Pathankot National Highway. The truck driver was standing near the truck and he was also victimized and died during treatment. 3 members of a family traveling in a car were also injured.
The deceased truck driver was Diwan Chand s/o Daulat Ram r/o Bahadurpur. Inder Kumar Jalali, his wife and daughter traveling in car were injured. Daughter was driving the car.
Injured were rushed to Civil Hospital Tanda. Police have been investigating.
