Garhdiwala: A minor girl was molested by the brother of her tuition teacher when tuition teacher was not present at her home. He attempted to rape the minor but she managed to escape somehow. Garhdiwala Police have lodged an FIR.
As per information received, the mother of the minor girl in her statement to the police stated that her daughter has been studying in 9th class and she was taking tuition classes from Mandeep Kaur d/o Malkit Singh r/o Jande. She said that when her daughter went to take the tuition classes on 18th Nov, Mandeep Kaur was not present at her home and her brother Amninder Singh started teaching her daughter.
She said that Amninder taught her daughter for some time and then took her into the room and started molesting her. She said that he tried to rape her daughter but she screamed and ran away from his home.
Garhdiwala police have lodged an FIR against Amninder Singh under section 376, 511 and 354 of IPC.
