Hoshiarpur: The CIA staff of Hoshiarpur have been successful to burst a drug peddling module and arrested a drug peddler. Police said that they would arrest the other members of the module and their costumers soon. A case has been registered against them under various sections of NDPS act.
As per information received, the police of CIA staff Hoshiarpur on the basis of a secret information registered a case against Vinod Kumar s/o Dharam Pal r/o Bassi Khawaju and Joginder Singh r/o Aslamabad under the charges of drud peddling. Today, the police arrested Vinod Kumar with 2 Kg poppy husk and 110 gm narcotic powder.
Incharge CIA staff, Inspector Onkar Singh Brar said that they would also arrest the members of the module and also their customers soon.
