Hoshiarpur: Taking a lesson from the strike of the MC sweepers, the district administration have realized the value of the sweepers who keep the city clean. Today, Deputy Commissioner of Hoshiarpur, Mr. Amit Dhaka along with MC Commissioner Mr. JC Sabharwal celebrated the Diwali festival with the MC sweepers in the meeting hall of Mini Secretariat.
The administration also gave diwali gifts to the sweepers. DC Amit Dhaka said that they have a great responsibility in the society of keeping the city neat and clean.
