– Sant Balbir Seechewal inaugurates Sewerage system at village Manolian
Mahilpur: Shiv Kumar Bawa: Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal inaugurated Sewerage System at village Manolian in Mahilpur block. The Sewerage System is installed with an allocation of Rs. 50 by the Gram Panchayat with the help of NRIs of the village.
Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal said that the NRIs have a great contribution in the development of villlages.He further said that the Punjab as well as Union Government must also work for the upliftment of the villages. He said that the rivers, Cho and village ponds are needed to be cleaned for the better environment in the villages.
He further said, “Swachh Bharat Campaign is a good campaign if all the citizens are committed to clean the dirt.” He added, “It seen that the people have been committed only for photo session.”
